Salary:25 per session

Location: South London Brockley

Were seeking a dedicated Personal Trainer for our Womens only Hub in South East London offering a respectful and inspiring workplace. Our vibrant community of women are supported and encouraged on their unique fitness journey. We specialise in female clients who are 40 and create a supportive space where everyone is empowered to be themselves and grow; our intimate group sessions and personalised coaching foster physical mental and emotional wellbeing.

About the role

• You coach regular mutually agreed 4:1 and 1:1 sessions
• You are reasonably flexible for changes to sessions
• When able to you attend meetings
• You are uptodate with any revised company protocols

Responsibilities include

• To create and design individual and group sessions prior to session delivery
• To lead wellstructured sessions which have distinct sections yet all connect throughpurpose and theme
• To maintain awareness of individual member needs to get the best out of them everysession
• To proactively participate in regular meetings to aid coaching business and development
• To generate ideas to enhance member engagement coach/member relationships andvalue delivered within group training.
• To assist (when able to) in writing for the blog
• To ensure equipment and environment remains in excellent condition

• Creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere
  
• Confidently coaching entire sessions
• Knowing the key coaching cues and progressions
• Knowing how each session fits into the wider Fitology Hub program and programming
• Creating powerful connections with individual members within sessions
• Confidently using language to explain techniques and reasoning
