Senior Team Leader

We are looking for an experienced Team Manager to join our First Response family!

Some more specifics of the role are:

• You will enable people within your team to act by giving them the tools authority and methods to solve problems themselves.
• Knowing and understanding your people applying the right leadership style at the right time to allow all parties to grow.
• Establish individual aspirations to create an environment where people can fulfil their selfdevelopment needs whilst having a genuine desire to strive to perfection.
• Conduct Coaching sessions focusing on better customer service and improving performance.
• Develop a sense of accountability ownership and responsibility in your people to allow them to carry out their professional responsibilities with the best interest of the customer in mind.
• Have an interest in the bigger picture making improvements to the system to provide a more efficient service to our customers.

If successful you will be required to attend an all day assessment day in our Leigh (WN7) office date TBC

What we are looking for in you:

• Previous experience in a team leader or managerial role
• Experience of working in an office is preferable
• Experience in the financial industry is preferable but not essential
• Make sound and timely decisions. Use good problem solving decisionmaking and planning tools.
• An innate ability to receive both positive and learning feedback and then demonstrate the desire to act on that feedback.

Pay and Benefits
You will receive a starting salary between37753 and47064 dependent on your experience.

  Working Hours This is a fulltime position where your team will be working:
  
• Monday to Friday: 09.00 17.30
• One day per week (Tuesday or Thursday) a team member will work the late shift: 10.00 18.30
• One Saturday per month a team member will work: 09.00 until possibly 16:00pm

Location:This role is basedin our Leigh Office (WN7 3XZ). We operate a hybrid working pattern with a mixture of office days and home days.
