The role is to establish the roadmaps designs and supports the implementation of Platform Ops (Artificial Intelligence for IT Operations); for private cloud and machine learning capabilities to automate and streamline operational workflows. The successful candidate will be comfortable working with collaborators to understand the whole context develop strategies and ensure that the delivery is scalable reliable and available.

Responsibilities:

Architecture governance principles design standards policies and procedures that encourage innovation through automation & AI whilst prioritizing security reliability and scalability across onpremises and cloud like Hyperscalers

Highly automating and improving IT operational processes for service provisioning configuration and management.

Develop operational data monitoring analysis and automated remediation solutions to improve efficiency and reliability.

Invest time with other teams including application development and infrastructure teams to support business applications and processes in new ways.

Skills

Designing and implementing sophisticated enterpriselevel solutions.

InfrastructureasCode (IaC) through DevOps and tools such as GitLab CI/CD Jenkins Terraform and Ansible.

Performance monitoring and observability through platforms such as ServiceNow Dynatrace Splunk Datadog and Grafana.

Tier 1 vendor technologies both onpremise and cloud including Kubernetes & containers at scale.

Strong motivation and drive with the ability to operate across multiple change projects simultaneously including those that span geographies
