Location: St Johnsbury VT 05819

Assignment Start Date: 5/6/2024

13 weeks Days 810hour shifts 40 hours with 36 hours guaranteed weekly

Seeking a compassionate teamoriented individual to provide a full range of professional nursing services to clients of all ages including admission evaluation and care plan development. Working with a team of homecare professionals and paraprofessionals our nurses strive to achieve the highest level of coordinated care for clients served in Caledonia and southern Essex counties.

EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION/QUALIFICATION

Experience:

• One year of prior clinical experience is required

Licenses Certifications and/or Registration:

• Must have a current Vermont RN license.

EMR System: Homecare Homebase HCHB experience preferred

Shift: Days MF possible weekend shifts
