Job Description:
- Provide nursing care to IVF patients including monitoring medication administration blood draws and IV insertions.
- Assist physicians during procedures such as egg retrieval and embryo transfer.
- Conduct pre and postprocedure assessments and provide appropriate nursing interventions as needed.
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop individualized care plans.
- Provide emotional support and counseling to patients and families.
