Job Description:
Responsible for managing delivery hub operations ie. inbound operations inventory Control Defects reductions( missing/wrong /expired/damage/tempered etc.)
reduction Dump (damage/expiry/quality) control and reduction optimum utilization customer order fulfillment NPS (Net promoter score >90%).
Will be taking care of 810 delivery hub operations driving order growth and profitability as per the budgets .
Inbound operation( Managing and ensuring timely receiving/Putaway)
Inventory control
Cycle count adherence
Damage/Expiry/Quality reduction
Pending Putaway(Upto 6 hours)
Bin/Inventory accuracy
DEQ CPO(cost per order)
Maintaining various MIS reports analyze and identifying areas of opportunity
Customer experience( Missing/wrong/expired/damage/melted reduction)
Shrinkage reduction/Loss prevention by inventory reconciliation
People Management & continuous Training of employees.
Guiding mentoring team members to ensure efficiency in operations
