Finance Specialist Finance Controller

Job Description: The primary function of this role is to manage MIS & reporting part coordinate with sales assist audits verify stocks review contracts and ensure financial compliance. The ideal candidate will have expertise in financial management ideally with a CA or MBA in Finance.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct financial/ Business analysis to assess the companys performance across key KPIs identify trends and make recommendations for improvement.

2. Analyze financial statements including income statements balance sheets and cash flow statements on a monthly basis after closing and prepare management reports.

3. Monitor actual financial performance against budgets and forecasts and explain variances.

4. Prepare regular financial reports for the regional management as well as for Corporate Reporting as per the group guidelines

5. Review contracts for compliance with financial policies assess associated risks and negotiate costeffective terms with vendors to optimize outcomes.

6. Present financial information and analysis to various stakeholders including preparation of presentations for Board Meetings / Monthly reviews / Management Committee meetings.

7. Collaborate with the sales team to develop financial plans aligned with business goals and provide support to optimize revenue generation and cost management.

8. Support internal and external audits by assisting in planning documentation preparation inquiry addressing and timely implementation of audit recommendations.

9. Conduct periodic stock audits to ensure the accuracy of inventory records and reconcile physical counts with system records through collaboration with warehouse and logistics teams.

Qualifications & Skills:

CA / MBA in Finance preferred

35 years of financial controller experience

Strong analytical and communication skills

Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software. Experience in Power BI will be added advantage.

Willingness to travel as needed for site visits and other business requirements.
