- Responsible for entire factory operations including all aspects of Projects production maintenance purchase PPC control and Cost savings.
- Deputise for the general manager in managing the organisation ensuring high quality business activities with maximum quality service and profitability for the organisation.
- Assist line manager in achieving maximum customer satisfaction in accordance with organisation plans. maintain overall organisation responsibility for performing all duties in compliance with related legal/statutory reguations professional duties responsibilities and obligations and insert as applicable e.g. Best Practice Guidelines ISO certificatio.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize operational efficiency and reduce costs.
- Lead Kaizen events facilitating continuous improvement efforts .
- Oversee inventory management including forecasting ordering and stock level. prepare personnel incorporation and training plans.
- Implement process improvement actions; update and monitor process indicators; prepare and implement corrective/preventive action plans according to results.
- Promote the continuous improvement of personnel awareness regarding safety quality and the environment.
