Job Description:
Drive New Product Development Design Engineering and Innovation aligned to business goals and market demand
Ensure product profitability and improve product performances through continuous research and technology advancements & upgradation
Assure competitiveness and product innovation & process enhancement from a technological and design standpoint
Act as an interface between the customer and manufacturing team to ensure smooth collaboration on the delivery of the ideal product which includes participating in the production engineering of the Products
Custodian of all relevant regulatory approvals/norms/standards
Leverage skills and coach a wide spectrum of research engineers and ensure a robust review mechanism for assessing their performance
Encourage creativity in R&D teams and driving cultural transformation to enforce valuebased trainings and valued propositions
Establish and maintain operational budgets for his team personnel and equipment.
Encourage participation and instill the culture for Knowledge sharing and implementing bestpractices
