Tasks

• Collaborate crossfunctionally with business teams to ensure contracts align with company policies regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
• Renegotiate existing IT contracts to secure favorable terms and align with current business objectives and technological advancements
• Collaborate with procurement and IT teams to understand technical and business requirements ensuring contracts reflect these needs
• Provide expert legal advice on contract matters to prevent disputes and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations
• Develop and implement strategies for contract management and renegotiation processes
• Assist in the resolution of contractrelated issues that arise during the procurement and implementation phases

Requirements

• Resident in Switzerland
• Fluency in English and German
• Bar admission is a plus
• Min. 6 years of PQE as an inhouse legal counsel
• Expertise in commercial and IT law
