At Congrify we are unlocking payment intelligence for merchants and payment service providers.

We dedicate our time and resources to helping merchants improve payment performance allowing them to understand their payment data and take action to generate new revenues while minimising operational efforts.

We are looking for different interns to join our team during te next months.

If you enjoy dynamic startup environments fintech business developerment or largescale data analytics have a keen mind for innovation and want the freedom to work independently with the guidance of strong payments professionals then this role is an amazing opportunity to play a key role in shaping the technical foundations product and the company while working closely with the founding team.

Tasks

For Software Engineering intern:

• Contribute to the design and implementation of a scalable online data processing analysis and visualization platform.
• Work with your product and engineering colleagues to understand requirements evaluate new features and architecture and help drive decisions.
• Collaborate on creating data summary statistics and visualization tools and create technical interfaces for integration with thirdparty systems.
• Design data schema and mapping solutions for ETL pipelines and get them running on cloud infrastructure.
• Support in designing and developing clientfacing analytical dashboard application.
• Implement analytical and visualization components based on the product requirements and collaboration with the product leaders.
• Contribute to the overall user experience of the Congrify users by designing building and maintaining the company website and the user account management interface.
• Ensure the portability of the user experience accross devices and computing platforms.

For Business Development intern:

• Work with the companys CEO on Gotomarket strategy implementations
• Contribute in successfully developing the Sales pipeline of the company
• Identify generate and advance leads for B2B marketing using tools such as Linkedin Sales Navigator
• Organize and maintain the companys CRM system (Hubspot)
• Initiate and monitor sales through cold email campaigns
• Arrange calls and discuss requirements with potential customers

For Graphic Design/Marketing ntern:

• Create professional efficient marketing materials that meet campaign objectives. (Examples: sales presentations brochures tradeshow displays digital ads social media graphics training materials signage etc.)
• Create style guides and pitch decks to inspire and excite internal and external partners
• Prepare design elements for digital online and mobile applications based on supplied specifications.

Requirements

• Based in the United States (Bay Area) or in Europe
• 12 weeks minimum commitment
• Strong written and verbal communication English skills.
• Highly analytical and detailedoriented
• Reliable keep all commitments
• Ability to work in a team and collaborate with others
• Domain knowledge or enrolled university student in one of the relevant subjects (Computer Science Business Management Marketing/Graphic Design)
