As a Senior Enterprise Architect you will:

• Demonstrate architecture leadership in a complex organization with multiple business and IT lines particularly within the specific architecture area.
  
• Communicate effectively with and manage CLevel stakeholders ensuring your points are clearly understood and aligned with business goals.
  
• Exhibit strong interpersonal skills influencing and engaging crossfunctional teams at all levels.
  
• Be a continuous learner persistently completing tasks within timelines.
  
• Define and manage enterprise strategy and architectures preferably with 8 years of strategic consultancy experience.
  
• Have excellent oral and written communication skills in English (Dutch is an advantage).
  
• Interpret regulations impacting banking and/or the specific architecture area.

• Demonstrated architecture leadership in a complex organization especially within the specific architecture area.

• Capability in defining and managing enterprise strategy and architectures.
  
• Preferably 8 years of strategic consultancy experience within a large global corporation with multiple business and IT domains.
  
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English (Dutch is an advantage).
  
• Experience with interpretations of regulations impacting banking and/or the specific architecture area.
  

You should possess the ability to:

• Align customer channel architecture with the overall business strategy.
  
• Understand Banking Operations with regards to Sales & Servicing of customers.
  
• Possess technology expertise around digital banking platforms and CRM systems.
  
• Have knowledge of middleware and integration technologies e.g. API management for seamless integration between customer channels and backend systems.
  
• Understand microservices architecture principles and containerization technologies and experience in leveraging cloud services.
  
• Be aware of emerging trends in digital customer channels and their potential impact on banking practices and channels architecture.
  
• Align credit architecture decisions with the bank s overall business strategy.
  
• Have indepth knowledge of credit origination processes.
  
• Understand the regulatory requirements governing credit operations.
  
• Experience in integrating credit systems with other banking systems such as core banking payment processing or CRM with knowledge of API and microservices architectures.
  
• Be aware of emerging trends and technologies in credit operations and their potential impact on banking practices and credit architecture.
