Enterprise Customer Success Manager

About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic, strategic and motivated Customer Success Manager (Education) to join our small but growing Customer Success Team ⚡️

Reporting directly to the Head of Customer Success, you will be responsible for developing and executing every aspect of customer success for your portfolio of clients, from onboarding through to renewal and beyond.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Responsible for retaining and increasing the ARR of your Enterprise client portfolio
  • Be the primary point of contact throughout the customer lifecycle, developing relationships and working closely with customers at all life cycle stages, from onboarding and initial value (adoption) to renewals and expansions.
  • Proactively monitoring customer data, including feedback and usage patterns, to identify areas of improvement and develop strategies to increase engagement and satisfaction within the portfolio.
  • Conduct regular business reviews and create success plans with customers to ensure their needs are met and uncover opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.

Skills & Experience

  • At least 2 years of Customer Success Management within a SaaS or Technology Company - ideally dealing with Enterprise clients
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Interest or background in cyber security (or technology)
  • Strong analytical skills
  • (Desirable) Previous experience with Customer Success Platforms (ideally ChurnZero)
