About the role:
The Operations Manager Benelux is responsible for overseeing the operations of Mobile Water Solutions in Benelux (Belgium Netherlands and Luxembourg). This role plays a critical role in ensuring seamless daytoday operations and providing highquality technical support installation commissioning and maintenance services for rental mobile water treatment equipment to customers in order to meet their needs and satisfaction.

Ensure timely equipment delivery and readiness.
Manage maintenance calibration and readiness of mobile units.
Ensure unit performance and service visits.
Manage demobilization and site condition.
Maintain relationships with hauliers and control transport costs.
Renew contracts and manage contingency plans.
Allocate resources effectively.
Ensure regulatory compliance and optimize resource utilization.
Identify and address training needs.
Monitor service quality and engage appropriate personnel.
Maintain 24hour response system and adhere to safety procedures.
Build relationships with clients suppliers and stakeholders.
Collaborate for business growth opportunities.
Maintain vendor and supplier relationships.
Recruit train and mentor team members.
Set clear performance goals and foster continuous improvement.
Performs other duties of similar nature and level as assigned.
What were looking for:
Bachelors degree in a relevant technical discipline or equivalent
Previous experience in a similar position operations management process engineering for water treatment project management or related positions.
Good understanding of electromechanical and control & instrumentation.
Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices to ensure a safe work environment.
Budget management and cost control experience
A good level of English language to communicate effective and clear with both technical and nontechnical personnel including clients team members and supervisors.
Proficiency in one or more additional European languages including Dutch German or French is highly desirable.
Knowledge of Google Application Suite and/or Microsoft Office packages (Excel Word and PowerPoint)
Possess a valid Drivers License to drive in the region.
Location:
This role is expected to be based onsite in Doetinchem the Netherlands and with ability to travel to global (NSI Mobile Water Solutions) sites as business required.
