Your duties will include:
Any experience in customer service
Advanced knowledge of English and Polish languages in speaking and writing
Welldeveloped communication skills
Creative approach to the implementation of tasks
Openness to work in a dynamic environment with a lot going on
Multitasking abilityBonus/nice to have:
Experience in working on a ticket system
Knowledge of tools such as HubSpot Jira or Confluence
US customer service experience
Experience and understanding of key challenges in businesses based on the SaaS model
