CNC Machine Operator

CNC Machine Operator Premium Solutions Consultancy is currently seeking an experienced CNC Machine Operator to join our team. As a CNC Machine Operator, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC machines to produce high-quality parts and components. Responsibilities: • Set up CNC machines according to specifications and production requirements. Experience in carpentary as well • Load raw materials into the machine and position them correctly. • Input program codes into the machine's computer system. • Monitor machine operation to ensure it is running smoothly and making accurate cuts. • Measure and inspect finished parts to ensure they meet quality standards. • Maintain a clean and organized work area, including routine maintenance on machines. • Follow safety guidelines and procedures to ensure a safe working environment. Requirements • Previous experience operating CNC machines in a manufacturing or machining environment. • Strong knowledge of CNC machine operation and programming. • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications. • Good mechanical skills and ability to troubleshoot machine issues. • Attention to detail and ability to maintain quality standards. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Strong work ethic and reliability.
