Position: HR Administrator
Location: Maynooth Kildare (Fulltime Onsite)
Job Type: Fulltime Permanent
Salary: 40K DOE

Teamworx are delighted to partner with this Family run business to hire an experienced HR Administrator who is analytical organised and has a can do attitude whilst providing support to management and wider team.

Responsibilities:
  • First point of support and contact for Line Managers on all matters relating to Human Resources including employee relations grievance and disciplinary and performance management.
  • Maintenance of employee records ensuring accuracy and compliance with employment law and GDPR.
  • Take a hands on role in the recruitment process.
  • Coordination of the new starter induction and onboarding process in line with each specific role across the business.
  • Work closely with our H&S Manager and Compliance Manager to design develop and deliver effective training on all relevant aspects of Health & Safety.
Requirements & Skills:
  • 12 years of hands on experience across the full range of human resource functions.
  • CIPD qualified.
  • Strong administration skills.
  • Proficient computer skills including MS Office; Word Excel PowerPoint; and database management skills
  • Comprehensive knowledge of employment laws standards and regulations.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Experience implementing systems is desirable but not essential.
