Property ManagerMarbella
Our client is looking for an experienced Property Manager to look after their luxurious 8bedroom villa located in Marbella.
Responsibilities
Manage daily operations with external maintenance and cleaning companies to ensure that the villa maintains its luxurious standards.
Oversee staff on site.
Purchase goods and services at the owner s request.
Occasional collection from airport.
Requirements
Fluent in English and Spanish
Must have a valid driving license and car.
Available Monday to Friday for 4 hours each morning onsite at the villa.
Package
900 net on a contract or freelance
Hours: 9.00 to 13.00
