As part of our engineering team you will build scalable systems on cloud and utilize the latest in cloud technologies to deliver LeadingEdge automotive data products.

What Youll Be Doing:

Architect and build robust backend services using Node.js.

Developing and maintaining serverside logic and architecture to support highvolume data flows.

Design and manage API integrations and data storage solutions tailored to product needs. Ensure APIs are welldocumented to facilitate maintenance and future upgrades.

Ensure optimal performance and scalability of applications leveraging cloud technologies.

Implement security measures to protect sensitive data and prevent unauthorized access ensuring compliance with security standards and best practices.

Mentoring junior developers and sharing your expertise to elevate the teams skills.

Collaborate closely with data teams and frontend developers to deliver comprehensive solutions.

Requirements

5 years of backend development experience.

Minimum 3 years of experience building backend services in Node.js.

Experience with RESTful API design and development including versioning and documentation.

Experience with both SQL and NoSQL databases with a focus on query performance optimization.

Background in data technologies and frameworks suitable for largescale processing.

Experience with cloud technologies such as AWS cloud services and others.

Experience building secure APIs using tokenbased authentication.

Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.

Understanding of design patterns and best practices for largescale applications.

Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments and code versioning tools.

Familiarity with continuous integration (CI) and continuous deployment (CD) practices.

Bachelor s degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.

Nice to Have:

Prior experience in the automotive industry or working with IoT platforms.

Knowledge of additional backend languages (Python Ruby) and frameworks.

Experience with advanced data security practices and compliance standards.
