Sales Executive I Waterproofing - Gauteng

• Present promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
  
• Perform costbenefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs.
  
• Establish develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships with key decision makers such as architects quantity surveyors facilities managers asset managers construction managers property managers property developers etc.
  
• Specify key products and categories with architects and other key stakeholders in the construction field.
  
• Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
  
• Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
  
• Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments.
  
• Analyse the territory/market s potential track sales and status reports.
  
• Supply management with reports on customer needs problems interests competitive activities and potential for new products and services.
  
• Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends.

Requirements

• Proven work experience as a Sales Executive/Specifying agent or consultant.
  
• Familiarity with CRM practices along with ability to build productive business professional relationships.
  
• Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales.
  
• Existing network in construction/waterproofing/roofing/decorative painting/facilities management.
  
• Excellent selling negotiation and communication skills.
  
• Prioritizing time management and organizational skills.
  
• Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to csuite executives. Aligning solutions to their specific requirements.
  
• Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.
  

• Matric or equivalent certificate.
  
• 5 to 10 years experience in a similar field previous experience with paint application and/or waterproofing (sales & application) will be advantageous.
  
• Preference will be given to candidates with existing networks in or experience with construction companies facilities management building management bodies and property developers.
  
• Computer literate proficient in MS Office. Experience with other systems/programs is advantageous.
  
• Valid Driver s License.
