Job Description

Req ID : 2825621
  • Ensure strict implementation of all regulations, policies, instructions issued by the Management and by laws.
  • Coordinate with business leaders and functional managers to facilitate annual people processes including performance management, people development, talent identification and development, succession planning and employee engagement survey.
  • Facilitate training need analysis (TNA), cascade training catalog, training eligibility registration and facilitate colleagues into training sessions.
  • Assess existing functional development centers to revamp (if any) and moderate internal development assessment and development plan for selective talents.
  • Manage People S&L budget & VIC Labor casual worker.
  • Lead recruitment process through executions of recruitment specialist and business partners.
