- Ensure strict implementation of all regulations, policies, instructions issued by the Management and by laws.
- Coordinate with business leaders and functional managers to facilitate annual people processes including performance management, people development, talent identification and development, succession planning and employee engagement survey.
- Facilitate training need analysis (TNA), cascade training catalog, training eligibility registration and facilitate colleagues into training sessions.
- Assess existing functional development centers to revamp (if any) and moderate internal development assessment and development plan for selective talents.
- Manage People S&L budget & VIC Labor casual worker.
- Lead recruitment process through executions of recruitment specialist and business partners.
