- Managing disciplinary issues by investigating the alleged misconduct, preparing necessary documentation, and recommending the appropriate action to close the case.
- Represent the company in discussions with regulatory agencies, arbitrators, mediators or auditors, advocating for the organization's interests while upholding legal and ethical standards.
- Supporting the development, interpretation, and application of company policies, and procedures, labour relations, contract administration, grievance handling, employee counselling, and discipline matter.
- Develop and deliver training programs for managers and employees on ER/IR policies, procedures, and legal obligations, fostering a culture of compliance and accountability.
