Purpose of the Job

In this role you will be responsible for creating and delivering compelling member propositions to drive repeat purchase engagement and customer satisfaction with a focus on our retail stores.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and develop current and future loyalty propositions balancing customer and business needs
  • Help shape the customer loyalty strategy in order to increase programme reach and usage
  • Influence and energise the local operations and other stakeholders around the vision for each proposition
  • Keep up to date with the latest trends through market analysis benchmarking and customer insights
  • Continually review performance of propositions and identify any opportunities for improvement
  • Work closely with CRM and digital team to ensure any propositions are brought to life in the best way possible providing clear direction for marketing activations

Person Specification

  • Previous experience working on loyalty programmes in travel/retail sectors is highly desirable
  • Experience with endtoend proposition development from scoping to implementation
  • Experience running crossfunctional projects in a complex matrix organisation
  • Able to analyse and manipulate data to create meaningful and actionable insights
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • > 5 years professional experience
