Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in project management duties and support project team.
• Document Management (RFI Drawings Specifications Submittals Tracking Logs Correspondence)
• Assist with BIM Coordination oversight and management
• Assist with review of subcontractor scopes contracts and purchase orders.
• Assist with Subcontractor Management
• Assist with Project Buyout Invoicing and Accounting
• Change Proposal Preparation
• Equipment and Material Management
• Assist with Fabrication Process Management
• Field Walks and Site Visits
• Adhering to Standard Safety Protocols
• Assist with Commissioning & Start up planning management
• Closeout Management

Minimum Skills/Requirements:

• Fouryear degree or equivalent training and experience.
• Construction industry experience and knowledge including basic terminology.
• Proficient computer software skills (e.g. spreadsheets scheduling Microsoft Office etc.)
• Excellent verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail.
• Organized with proficient time management skills.

• HVAC and Plumbing systems knowledge
• Procore Proficiency
• Accounting Software Familiarity (Acumatica)
• Bluebeam Software
• BIM Software (CADD Revit etc)
• Blueprint Reading
