Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented Business Analyst with expertise in the Retail Banking domain to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Retail Banking processes and systems with a proven track record of effectively gathering and analyzing business requirements. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into functional requirements.
• Develop and maintain detailed documentation such as Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs) and Business Requirement Documents (BRDs).
• Utilize tracking tools like JIRA Confluence etc. to manage project tasks and communicate progress.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning backlog grooming and retrospectives.
• Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams ensuring alignment on project objectives and deliverables.
• Conduct stakeholder interviews workshops and presentations to gather and validate requirements.
• Analyze data and perform gap analysis to identify opportunities for process improvement.
• Work closely with project managers and other team members to ensure successful project delivery.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in business administration Finance or related field.
• 512 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the Retail Banking industry.
• Strong understanding of Retail Banking processes and systems.
• Experience with Agile Methodology and working in Agile teams.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to interact with senior stakeholders.
• Proficiency in tracking tools such as JIRA Confluence etc.
• Proven ability to work in a fastpaced dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

• This is a fulltime position with the option for remote work.
