Relationship Manager

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement a comprehensive channel management strategy for banks and national pdistribution channels to drive business growth and achieve sales targets.
2. Identify and onboard potential bank partners and national distribution channels ensuring alignment with the company's target market and product offerings.
3. Establish and nurture strong relationships with key decisionmakers and stakeholders within partner organizations fostering collaboration and trust.
4. Collaborate with partners to develop joint business plans sales targets and marketing strategies ensuring alignment with the company's objectives.
5. Monitor and analyze market trends competitor activities and customer needs to identify new business opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly.
6. Provide training and support to partners equipping them with the necessary knowledge and tools to effectively promote and sell the company's products and services.
7. Conduct regular business reviews with partners evaluating performance addressing challenges and identifying areas for improvement and growth.
8. Collaborate with internal crossfunctional teams including product management marketing and operations to ensure seamless execution of partnership initiatives.
9. Track and analyze sales performance market share and other relevant metrics providing regular reports and insights to senior management.
10. Stay informed about industry regulations market dynamics and emerging trends in the financial services industry adjusting strategies and tactics accordingly.
