Job Title: Finance Manager Gujarati/Hindi Speaking
Location: Nairobi
Job Summary: Our esteemed client is seeking a Finance Manager fluent in Gujarati/Hindi to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker with extensive managerial experience in finance possessing a strong grasp of financial principles and regulations. As the Finance Manager you will play a pivotal role in optimizing financial performance ensuring compliance and providing strategic guidance. If you are fluent in Gujarati/Hindi hold a CPAK qualification and are ready to make a significant impact we invite you to apply.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee all financial activities including budgeting forecasting and financial reporting.
- Develop and implement financial strategies to support business objectives and drive profitability.
- Monitor financial performance analyze variances and provide insights to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and accounting standards.
- Manage cash flow liquidity and financial risk effectively.
- Supervise the finance team providing guidance support and mentorship.
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize processes and achieve organizational goals.
- Prepare and present financial reports and insights to stakeholders.
- Stay updated on industry trends regulations and best practices in finance.
- Liaise with external auditors tax authorities and regulatory bodies as necessary.
Requirements
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting or related field. Masters degree preferred.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPAK) qualification is mandatory.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in finance with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Fluent in Gujarati/Hindi with excellent communication skills in English.
- Strong knowledge of financial principles practices and regulations.
- Proficient in financial analysis budgeting and forecasting.
- Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Detailoriented with excellent analytical and problemsolving abilities.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Membership of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Kenya (ICPAK) is preferred.
