- Sportswear business processes CSPO JIRA & Confluence experience requirement gathering conducting workshops brainstorming sessions with business teams/ stakeholders requirement consolidation (product backlog) documentation (RTM user flow diagrams etc..)
- Technical documentation reviews explain requirements to technical teams work with QA and UAT teams for work product testing
