Role1 : Junior Human Centered Design Specialist

Location: Albany OR NYC Hybrid The consultant will be expected to work onsite 50%. The remainder will be remote or traveling. Travel: Approximately 2050%. This could vary based on client need. Travel expenses to be billed separately.

Duration: 12 months contract

Job description:

Required Job Duties:

• Consulting with stakeholders to understand business goals.
• Planning and conducting user research as well as explaining user research results to internal and external stakeholders.
• Developing user models and scenarios
• Creating wireframes storyboards sitemaps and screen flows
• Creating and iterating on prototypes
• Conducting usability testing and analyzing user feedback and activity and iterating to improve the user experience
• Assisting with content development

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree (or equivalent) in humancomputer interaction or design related field
• Two or more years working as a user experience specialist.
• Additional years of experience may substitute for a nondesignrelated degree.
• Experience with user research user modeling and usability testing.
• Proficiency with the Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
• Working knowledge of CSS3 HTML5 and JavaScript

Role2 : Senior Human Centered Design Specialist
