Role: Technical Product Owner Location: Bellevue WA (Hybrid from Day 1) (Need Locals Only) Duration: Long Term Contract Job Description: Client is looking for a talented Technical Product Owner (TPO) who has technical background preferably on Java Rest API Microservices architecture and Front end development. Development experience on these not mandatory candidate worked as TPO for projects in these environments and have a deep understanding will suffice for this role. Responsibilities: Lead a team of API backend developers and Ul Developers in delivering large and complex API solutions Work with customer Technology leadership and Senior Managers in identifying the requirements convert into features define acceptance criteria. * Guide the Scrum Master and developers to define User stories and Story points. * Own the product end to end as well as roadmap at the technology/functional level. * Plan the capability features * The candidate is expected to work collaboratively with Client leadership. Scrum Master and Developers in identifying technical requirements nonfunctional requirements and translate them The candidate is also expected to drive product demos. * Provide guidance to support the product backlog grooming sessions conducted by Scrum master. Provide guidance to API developers and Ul developers to Design implement test and deploy APIs using the latest technologies and best practices. * Agile project delivery End to End ownership in implementing custom build API solutions communicate risks issues challenges and status/progress of the Project * Present program level status updates to the leadership Required experience and skills: 10 years of Product Owner experience with technical background preferably on Java Rest API Microservices architecture React.js. * Experience in agile software product development. Strong requirements elicitation and proven writing skills including the ability to write concisely and clearly for different audiences. Experience with Agile backlog/project management tools. Experience with successive elaboration and ability to develop Initiatives Features and User Stories that the DevOps teams can ingest. SAFe PO/PM certification or equivalent. Experience in Jira Jira Align Github tools * Experience in AWS Cloud deployments Pipeline deployments will be a plus
