Complete Description:

*Local Richmond candidates or candidates willing to relocate to Richmond due to onsite work requirement

*Web Cam and ONSITE interviews

*Candidates must be willing and able to work onsite 2 days/week for the first couple of weeks and 12 days/week thereafter.

**Contractor will be responsible for purchasing parking through VDOTs Parking Management Office or procuring their own parking

*Experienced PL/SQL developer with skills in Oracle coding

*Must also have ability to do data analysis develop requirements and data models.

*Must have background in application backend support Oracle PL/SQL and MS SQL server development.

*Must have background in building interfaces between business applications.

*Experience working in Agile/Scrum process is highly desired.

*Ability to communicate with business users and developers an absolute must.

*Clear communication skills written and oral is REQUIRED.

Skill Required / Desired Amount of Experience

Experience working with Oracle PL/SQL and SQL Server Database Development. Required 10 Years

Written and oral communications Required 10 Years

Background in data integration between business systems Required 8 Years

Write and maintain/extend existing PL/SQL code to convert initial data sets system enhancements reports production and improved transaction editing Required 8 Years

Requirements analysis and data modeling Highly desired 6 Years

Experience with other data integration tools and techniques including IBM DataStage web services messaging and other modern data warehousing Nice to have 6 Years
