Job Location: Alpharetta GA Day 1 Onsite Candidate needs to work 3 Days at Client Office

We are seeking a talented Lead ServiceNow Developer with extensive experience in ServiceNow development and FedRAMP instance management to join our dynamic team.

• The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of designing developing and implementing solutions within the ServiceNow platform while ensuring compliance with FedRAMP regulations and standards. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on cuttingedge projects in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. ServiceNow Development:

• Design develop and customize ServiceNow applications modules forms and workflows to meet business requirements.
• Implement and maintain ServiceNow configurations including UI policies business rules client scripts and integrations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions within the ServiceNow platform.
• Conduct code reviews debugging and performance tuning to ensure the quality and efficiency of developed solutions.
• Stay updated with ServiceNow best practices new features and industry trends to continually improve development processes.

1. FedRAMP Instance Management:

• Manage and maintain ServiceNow instances in compliance with FedRAMP security requirements and standards.
• Implement and enforce security controls access management policies and monitoring procedures to ensure data protection and confidentiality.
• Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify and address security vulnerabilities and compliance gaps.
• Work closely with security teams to remediate findings implement security patches and ensure timely resolution of security incidents. Provide guidance and support to internal teams on FedRAMP compliance requirements and best practices.

1. Full Stack Development:

• Develop and maintain frontend and backend components of web applications using modern technologies such as JavaScript HTML CSS and frameworks like React.js or Angular.
• Design and optimize database schemas queries and data models to support application requirements.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including UX/UI designers product managers and QA engineers to deliver highquality software solutions.
• Participate in agile development methodologies including sprint planning daily standups and retrospectives.

Mandatory Requirements:

• 10 years of experience in software development with a focus on ServiceNow platform development.
• Handson experience with FedRAMP compliance and managing ServiceNow instances in a FedRAMP environment.
• Proficiency in JavaScript HTML CSS and related frontend technologies.
• Experience with backend development using languages like Java Python or Node.js.
• Strong understanding of database concepts and experience with SQL databases (e.g. MySQL PostgreSQL).
• Excellent problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams.
