Job description

We are hiring CDLA drivers for a dedicated job with Dollar Tree in Marengo OH. Earn up to $103k/year with a $5000 signon bonus consistent and predictable weekly home time and premium benefits.

Pay and job details:

• Average weekly earnings $1300 $1980 per week (performance based)
• $5000 signon bonus paid out in 10 monthly installments
• 1st year earnings average $80k90k performance based pay up to $103k per year
• Job Type: Fulltime
• Average weekly miles 1400
• Daily flat rate $205
• Unload pay $250 per trailer
• 34 trailers per week 53 dry van trailer
• Breakdown pay $100/ day
• Dedicated account with weekly home time 5 day work schedule at least 34hr reset once a week
• Home every week for 34/48hrs
• Truck parking at home or secure location near the shipper if available

Requirements:

• Valid Class A CDL
• At least 21 years of age
• 1 year verifiable CDLA experience
• Minimum Age: 21 years old
• Minimum Experience (Tractor Trailer/OTR): 12 months verifiable Tractor Trailer experience in the past 3 years
• Must have a valid CDL in the state of residence before applying
• Hiring area: 100 mile radius of Morehead KY

Driving Record:

• No more than 3 moving violations in the past 3 years
• No DWI/DUI convictions in the past 3 years
• No truck abandonments at unauthorized locations in the past 3 years
• No serious traffic violations in the last 3 years
• No more than 2 preventable collisions in the past 3 years
• Must pass PSP screening
