EveryMatrix is looking for an awesome Recruiter in our HR team in Chiang Mai Thailand.

EveryMatrix is a member of the World Lottery Association (WLA) and European Lotteries Association. In September 2023 it became the first iGaming supplier to receive WLA Safer Gambling Certification. Recruiter

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle including creating job descriptions sourcing and screening candidates conducting interviews and negotiating and closing offers;
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and develop targeted recruitment plans;
  • Conduct salary research and stay up to date with industry trends;
  • Create and maintain a strong talent pipeline to support the companys ongoing growth and expansion;
  • Adopts effective and innovative methods of recruitment in order to deliver headcount targets;
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely feedback and maintaining open communication throughout the recruitment process;
  • Contribute to the development and promotion of the companys employer brand to attract and retain top talent.

Requirements:

  • Passion enthusiasm and a great desire to learn are absolutely mandatory;
  • Around 2 years experience in recruitment (the more the better) IT related is preferable;
  • Bachelors degree in Psychology & Sociology are preferable;
  • Fantastic grasp of the Thai and English language;
  • Knowledge of Thai Labor Law;
  • Team player (working well within a team capable of interacting and understanding other employees);
  • Excellent communication skills (written telephonic and live);
  • Diplomatic and kind;
  • Open minded and flexible;
  • Thai citizen.

WorkLife Balance:

  • 33 days off per year including public holidays rising to 43 by year 5 inside the company

  • If return to work soon after having child 1 year 100% WFH for mothers
