Responsibilities:
Deliver superior quality commitments and cultivate a "One Stop Shop" environment for our broker partners.
Provide timely and wellinformed service to our broker partners consistently challenging the status quo to enhance underwriting service.
Play a pivotal role in influencing the results of the Broker Survey through dedicated efforts throughout the year.
Demonstrate a high degree of integrity when representing Broker/Aviva and interacting with team members and leadership.
Focus on servicing our existing book of business and ensure adherence to service level agreements.
Perform data entry for New Business including creating Salesforce accounts portal submissions and documentation within new submissions.
Maintain new business trackers with a strong emphasis on data accuracy.
Process new business binds ensuring proper storage of documentation and effective communication while following up on outstanding risk items.
Order MVR Auto and Hits reports as required for the business.
Conduct risk followups with broker partners and adhere to our abeyance system framework.
Collaborate closely with leadership on work distribution triage and building SLA data.
What you will need to succeed:
3 years of experience in insurance is preferred.
Ability to work independently in an office environment with minimal supervision.
Proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Office applications is essential.
Organized and strong time management skills are necessary.
Strong analytical abilities and confident decisionmaking skills.
Leadership abilities are desirable.
Understand the customers needs to build trust and strengthen operational relationships.
Drive the business by thinking strategically promoting the brand and making effective decisions.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Possess determination to achieve goals through setting a clear vision embracing challenges and change influencing others and navigating uncertainty.
