We are seeking a Personal Assistant for our CEO to join our team!

About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and organized Personal Assistant to provide highlevel administrative support to our Chief Executive Officer. The ideal candidate possesses excellent communication skills and has a strong attention to detail.

Tasks

Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently manage incoming and outgoing communications including but not limited to email
  • Maintain calendar schedule appointments and coordinate meetings
  • Prepare meeting materials agendas and presentations and follow up on action items as necessary
  • Arrange travel logistics including transportation and accommodations
  • Process expense reports accurately and in a timely manner
  • Prepare various documents reports and presentations with a keen eye for detail and professionalism
  • Planning and coordinating events from logistics to execution to ensure successful outcomes
  • Manage tasks and projects efficiently prioritizing deadlines and maintaining clear communication with the team
  • Conduct research on various topics as needed compiling relevant information and presenting findings in a concise manner
  • Run personal errands as required
  • Act as a liaison between internal staff and external contacts fostering positive relationships and facilitating collaboration
