Role: Selenium Technical Lead
Job Location: Providence Rhode Island USA
Duration: 1 year

Mandatory Skills: Selenium

Required Skills:

• 6 to 8 years (Health Care & Testing experience) and 2 years of in team management
• Experience in test management tools like JIRA and Quality Center and automation tools such as Selenium JMeter SoapUI UTF
• Knowledge of CICD DevOps for integrating test scripts.
• Healthcare Payor experience (Claim/Enrollment/Membership/Customer Service/Finance) and Coding standards (SNOMED CT LOINC ICD10)

Responsibilities:

• Initiate the Test Planning activities for Test case design and encourage the team to hold review meetings and ensure that the review comments are incorporated.
• During the Testing Cycle monitor the test progress by constantly assessing the work assigned to each of the resources and rebalance or reallocate them as required.
• Present the timely status to the stakeholders & management and instill confidence about the work being done.
• Prepare any Risk Mitigation plans if in case any delays are foreseen.
