- Graduation: Mandatory
- Notice Periods: 5/7/15/30 days
- Stability: Demonstrated stability in current and previous organizations
- Preferred local candidates
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Conduct field sales work to drive business growth.
- Recruit train and manage agents to generate business within the assigned region.
- Ensure timely licensing and track activation of agents regularly.
- Coordinate with interdepartmental teams such as underwriting claims and operations to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
