Desired characteristics (attributes and skills):
UK Statutory Accounts preparation experience
A qualification from UK will be preferred CMA etc
UK GAAP exposure is a must
Accounts preparation experience is a must i.e. he will be given trial balances of different entities and he will be able to prepare the statutory accounts
Dealing with the auditors is required
May or may not be an Indian Chartered Accountant
