We are searching for immediatejoiners for the role of Employee Relations Specialist in the homecare industry your role is to ensure excellent performance andeffective communication between domestic workers and the familiesor employers they serve. Youll address concerns provide support andcontribute to a harmonious homeenvironment. Offer support toemployees addressing their needs andinquiries. Actively attend to concernsprioritizing the wellbeing of both employees andemployers. Conducting clear and effectivecommunication styles with employees from diverse culturalbackgrounds. Accurately assess individualemployee statuses by reviewing performance and actively participatein the performance evaluation and terminationprocesses. Provide guidance to employees onfollowing company guidelines to ensure compliance with companystandards. What youll bringalong: Proficient in both English and Arabic languages spoken and written. Ability to work in a fastpaced environment. Ability to navigate and handle sensitive situationseffectively. Strong interpersonal andcommunication skills.
