DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES About the role
Maintains customer satisfaction that meets companys standards. Meets project implementation targets for timeliness customer success metrics and customer adoption. Completes required certification training and development objectives within the assigned time frame.
As the Network Security Engineer you will be:
- Installing and configuring hardware and software related to networks and security
- Participate in planning and working with suppliers principals to ensure smooth project delivery
- Communicate with customers technical team to ensure smooth project delivery
- Perform RCA and assessments as part of project delivery if needed
- Preparing projects and documentations (URS preinstallation checklist Asbuilt UAT or similar)
- Responsible for knowledge transfer after project delivery
- Related assigned network and security tasks deemed relevant and needed
Requirements
- Graduate in Computer Science major in networks/security or similar
- Minimum 3 years as post sales engineer
- Knowledge on fundamentals of network and security (at least CCNA/P FCP in Network Security or similar level)
- Team player and works cohesively
- Resilient independent and willingness to learn
- Able to work beyond 96 weekends and public holidays (as needed & OT claimable)
