Job Title: Sr. Supply Chain Manager

Salary Range: 200k to 300k

Reporting Line: Reports directly to the Managing Director

Working Hours: 8:30 am to 5:30 Pm

Working Days: MontoSat (Sun Off)

Location: Sialkot (Candidates from other cities who are willing to relocate can also apply)

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Supply Chain Manager to oversee our companys supply chain operations. The ideal candidate will have a Masters Degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field along with 8 to 10 years of relevant experience. The Supply Chain Manager will be responsible for optimizing our supply chain processes managing inventory and ensuring timely delivery of goods to customers.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement supply chain strategies to optimize efficiency and minimize costs
• Manage and coordinate procurement activities including vendor selection and negotiation
• Oversee inventory management to ensure adequate stock levels while minimizing excess inventory
• Monitor and analyze supply chain performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
• Collaborate with internal departments including production logistics and sales to coordinate activities and ensure alignment of goals
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards
• Lead and develop a team of supply chain professionals

Skills and Qualifications:

• Masters Degree in Supply Chain Management or related field
• 8 to 10 years of experience in supply chain management roles
• Strong leadership and managerial skills
• Excellent analytical and problemsolving abilities
• Proficiency in supply chain management software and tools
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced environment
• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
• Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards in supply chain management
