The Nursing Professional Development Practitioner II uses tools theories skills and knowledge of nursing professional development (NPD) to improve the practice of staff. The NPD Practitioner functions in the roles Of change agent mentor facilitator of learning leader champion of scientific inquiry partner for practice transitions and advocate for the NPD specialty.

Must Haves:

• 4year/Bachelors Degree
• PA Registered Nurse License
• BLS Instructor Certification (within 12 months of hire)
• ACLS Certification and instructor is responsible for the specialty course program
• PALS Certification and Instructor if Responsible for Speciality Course Program
