Job Description

- Lead the Manufacturing Business Unit (MBU) Quality organization.
- Oversight of functions and activities that affect product quality with a Total Quality perspective
- Lead change and improvement across the production system and quality system
- Lead, engage, motivate and guide the MBU quality team
- Assure the reliability and consistency of business unit processes
- Understand customers’ requirements and ensure they are satisfied
- Facilitate proactive solutions by collecting and analyzing quality data
- Teach and rely on structured problem-solving methods to resolve issues and drive improvement
- Understand and teach current standards, policies and requirements
- Communicate with internal and external regulatory and compliance officials and support onsite audits
