In order to support its growth in North America ATEME is recruiting a Sales Director Sports & Media.

Mission:

Prospecting account and market development key account management and sales of ATEMEs products and solutions to new and existing customers in the North American Market (NAM Region).

Main Responsibilities:

  • Identify and contact new customers develop strategic plans maintain and develop longterm relationships with existing key accounts;
  • Collaborate with indirect channels such as partners and distributors to optimize network performance;
  • Drive quality and efficiency enhancements within the network through proactive initiatives;
  • Coordinate with presales teams to deliver impactful product demonstrations and tailored solutions while continuously analyzing customer needs and market trends for strategic insights.

Experience and required professional skills:

  • Robust sales background in sports production and contribution cloud video workflows video distribution and streaming technologies.
  • Existing relationships with major league sports including the NBA NFL NHL and MLB.
  • Strong relationships with the RSNs and NEP.
  • Have worked with major cloud providers.
  • Ability to drive business through channel partners like Diversified Beck and Comark.
  • Ability to work with 3PPs to drive sales of integrated solutions and media workflows.
  • Leadership mentality: able to coordinate with diverse and geographically dispersed teams and drive sales to a successful close.
  • Proficiency in identifying and qualifying opportunities engaging with technical leadership and maximizing internal resources.
  • Ability to understand and quantify customer needs providing clear feedback and collaborating effectively within teams to overcome challenges and drive success.

Location: Remote (preference on the East Coast location but not mandatory)
The role includes frequent travel in a full sales engagement model supporting customer meetings including technical sessions involving architecture review and Product Roadmap alignment with the customers.
