Tasks

What You Will Do:

• Hustle and Grow Our Business: Secure new customers and forge powerful partnerships. Represent tozero at external events showcasing our cuttingedge solutions and networking with industry leaders.
• Strategy Development: Play a crucial role in developing the business strategy with a focus on identifying target customers suppliers and strategic partnerships of today and tomorrow. Help define effective collaboration models that align with our vision.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Actively engage with customers suppliers and strategic partners throughout the value chain. Focus on connecting with key decisionmakers to foster relationships that drive mutual growth.
• Value Chain Integration & Partnerships: Work on integrating strategic partners to streamline our supply chain and expand our market presence. Your efforts will enhance our operational capabilities and market reach.
• Drive Strategic Initiatives: Assist in the development and rapid implementation of strategic initiatives. We value speed and agility; prepare to engage in fastpaced sprints that transform fresh ideas into actionable results.
• Market and Competitive Analysis: Conduct thorough market and competitive analyses to uncover trends and insights. Use this data to inform strategic planning and ensure tozero stays ahead in a competitive landscape.
• Process Optimization: Identify and implement key improvements in our internal processes. Focus on refining KPIs and metrics to boost overall operational efficiency and productivity.

Requirements

Who You Are:

• Passion: A dynamic driven individual eager to make a difference in the sustainability sector.
• Experience: You bring in initial work experience in startup consulting finance or a similar field. Engineering background is a plus.
• Education: Open to candidates from a variety of academic disciplines who bring diverse perspectives and expertise.
• Communication: You are fluent in German (a must!) and English and possess both the energy and tonality to be respectfully assertive.
• Analytical & Critical Thinking: Exceptional analytical skills are a must paired with a keen eye for detail and the ability to engage in firstprinciple thinking. We value team members who are not afraid to challenge the status quo.
• Getting sh*t done: You are selfmotivated and autonomous adept at managing multiple initiatives in a fastpaced demanding environment. Getting things done (with excellence) is your mantra.

2. In the second round you will work on a small business case and present your results to Zac (Business Development).
3. Lastly you can meet Sarah our CEO and CoFounder to fully understand the vision of tozero and address remaining questions.

Ideally you are available for a six month internship.
