We are currently in search of a dynamic and selfmotivated Project Manager who is dedicated to delivering exceptional results in the residential audiovisual sector. Our ideal candidate is someone who is driven organized processoriented and possesses excellent communication skills. As the AV Project Manager you will play a pivotal role in ensuring effective communication successful project completion and profitability for each project which includes overseeing large AV installations ranging from racks and wiring to video walls and video conferencing systems. The role involves managing project scheduling and communication with clients coordinating installations with various stakeholders and overseeing projects from inception to final completion.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Collaborate with engineers architects and other stakeholders to define project specifications.
Obtain necessary permits and licenses from relevant authorities.
Identify required resources (manpower equipment and materials) from project initiation to completion while adhering to budget constraints.
Plan all installation operations and schedule intermediate phases to meet deadlines.
Procure equipment and materials and monitor stocks to address shortages promptly.
Supervise the work of onsite installers field engineers and other trades as necessary.
Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS:
Proven experience as a project manager in the lowvoltage sector.
Over 5 years of experience in low voltage audiovisuals security or residential system installation.
Thorough understanding of construction procedures materials and project management principles.
Strong organizational and timemanagement skills.
A collaborative team player with leadership capabilities.

Training & Development
Requirements: University graduate or equivalent experience with further studies in AV installation, data or voice communications, or drafting. Minimum of 4 years' experience in an electrical and/or communications environment. Understanding of project management practices and customer service obligations. Knowledge of electrical, electronic, communications, and computer products and equipment. Proficiency in oral and written English grammar, punctuation, and spelling. Familiarity with building construction and blueprint reading. Experience with the AV Commercial Integrator Navigate system, specifically for change orders and delay notices feedback to the Project Manager. CTS-I Certification Preferred
