Job Title: Industry Group Head HiTech and Media

Location: US (Remote)

Brief Description:

The role of Industry Group (IG) Head involves leading one or a cluster of Industry Groups and assuming endtoend responsibility for its performance and results. The IG Head will focus on the HiTech and Media sectors combining expertise in HiTech subdomains such as ISVs/Software Platforms Networking OEMs Semiconductor Telecom and Consumer Electronics along with Media subdomains including Digital Media Broadcast Music and eSports/Gaming. This position entails driving revenue growth establishing market leadership defining strategic initiatives fostering team collaboration and ensuring operational excellence within the HiTech and Media IG.

Key Responsibilities:

P&LOriented Role:

Develop and meet revenue targets in collaboration with Geo Heads and Global Sales Head.

Achieve Gross Margin (GM) goals by optimizing competency mix pricing strategy and project management.

Deliver Plan PBT by meeting Gross Margin targets and managing expenses effectively.

Develop and implement pricing strategies to optimize revenue and profitability.

MarketOriented Role:

Cultivate relationships with CXOs serving as Executive Sponsor for key accounts and driving Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).

Ensure high customer satisfaction and Net Promoter Score (NPS) by delivering valueadd solutions tailored to customer needs.

Establish the organization as a Thought Leader through engagement with Analysts Advisors and industry platforms.

StrategyOriented Role:

Define and execute strategy identifying new segments offerings partnerships and gotomarket strategies.

Address market shifts competitive dynamics and technology changes through strategic planning.

Drive IP/Solutions strategy and forge partnerships to achieve business objectives.

Team LeadershipOriented Role:

Set vision and align the team to deliver strategic objectives.

Foster high People Happiness and drive initiatives to improve team morale.

Collaborate crossfunctionally to ensure success within the Vertical.

Drive talent development and multiskilling initiatives within the team.

Sales Marketing & Related OpsOriented Role:

Execute GotoMarket (GTM) plan to achieve revenue goals and expand customer base.

Lead Account Mining efforts to support Land and Expand strategy.

Provide monthly guidance and review progress on revenue targets.

Oversee presales cycles and ensure sufficient pipeline through lead generation efforts.

Delivery Planning & OperationsOriented Role:

Develop annual Business Plan in collaboration with stakeholders.

Align capability building with market demand and conditions.

Build a robust team of Domain Consultants/Business Analysts.

Develop IGspecific technology capabilities to drive innovation and delivery excellence.

Role Specification:

Qualification:nBE/M.Tech and/or MBA

Relevant Experience: 15 to 20 years in IT Service Delivery with at least 3 years as an IG Head owning a P&L.

Essential Skills:

Deep understanding of the HiTech and Media Industry.

Proven track record of achieving revenue and profitability targets consistently.

Ability to define and position service offerings and identify innovative solutions.

Strong leadership skills to bring crossfunctional teams together and foster collaboration.

Experience in developing account development strategies for large accounts.

Proficiency in managing the entire sales cycle and executing GTM strategies effectively.

Ability to build highperforming teams and cultivate relationships with customer executive leadership.

Engage actively with analysts and contribute to thought leadership activities within the industry.
