Must Haves:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
- Professional Engineering License
- 10 years of experience designing electrical generation systems
- Experience with the operation and construction support of electrical generation systems
- General knowledge of electric utility regulations, policies, codes, laws, rules, and regulations.
- Experience leading an engineering discipline, and handling their budget.
- Has to have led the design efforts of a minimum of 1 project to relevant discipline
- Has to have managed a team before
