Must Haves:
- 2-5 years experience in digital guest experience
- Project management/task management experience – create a task and a plan to tackle it, is self led
- Experience working with social media management tools such as Sprinklr ( Hootsuite, Brandwatch, Salesforce, Adobe, Microsoft, Khoros, Oracle OR Ipsos Synthesio) to build new reporting dashboards.
- Analytics and Reporting knowledge
- Implements new tags and macros to capture conversation themes and topics.
- Maintains documentation of the team's tagging structure, including current and historical tags.
- Conducts ad-hoc insight and reporting requests to provide cross-functional partners with guest insights.
